As my family and I were traveling back from the beach this morning, the car broke the serpentine belt. Luckily, this occurred on I-65 North just before the “Tank Farm” exit to CR-52 in Pelham. I immediately exited the freeway and saw an O’reillys Auto Parts sign. I have always had great service at O’Reillys and was instantly relieved. I purchased the belt and had replaced it easily. I cranked the car and it immediately started to shred the new belt. The store manager, Jonathan, came out and looked at the car. I explained that the Tow service told me it would be at least a 2-hour wait. Jonathan looked at the car and discovered that the water pump pulley had failed and was the cause. He stood outside, in the rain, and helped us replace the water pump! I can’t thank him enough!

The manager was very professional and kind. I travel over 2 hours every day, so I truly appreciate the fast service and installation of my headlights!!

I didn't catch the mans name. But the tall guy with the septum ring in his nose and curly hair is a fantastic asset to yalls shop. It's rare I have good interactions at car parts stores. I was thoroughly surprised with him. Awesome customer service and I'll be sure to use this location from now on. It's worth the exstra 20min drive to have someoneso helpful.. Good job guys

The crew here have been absolutely great to work with. While I can usually catch better prices online or with competitor companies, this site's crew has come through on numerous occasions with limited delay and a sense of customer service.Special shout out to the dynamic duo of Lyle and Ryan. These guys found exactly what I needed and were patient enough to pull several items to compare with the one I brought in. Their sense of humor, professionalism, and customer focus has brought me back several times over.
