dropped off a defective Apple Mac Air that the Apple store in the Summit said was not repairable.
Networx Computers determined the issue very quickly and had a fully working laptop under $50, no parts required.
This is the second laptop I have taken to Networx Computers. Totally recomend

Super quick and cheap! Their advice for how I can keep my computer keyboard running if it messes up again was greatly appreciated! This is one of those places you hope you don't have to visit often, but if you need computer repair in the Pelham area, this is the place to go! Their staff are friendly, and the location is easy to reach.

These guys did a great job repairing a child’s gaming computer. One day service. Reasonable prices. It’s in Pelham not a bad drive from Vestavia well worth it next to Home Depot.

This is the best place to go when you have an issue with your computer. They can get it up and running like new in no time, cost is extremely reasonable, and everyone is nice and efficient. I've used them in the past and never disappointed. A few weeks ago I was having a problem with Google not allowing me to access. After several attempts, and not being tech savvy, I took it in for repairs. Dropped it off on Monday and received call it was ready the next day. I highly recommend Networx.

I highly recommend Networx Computer Technologies. My gaming PC that I use for a golf simulator was overheating and I had no clue what to do. Due to their great reviews I brought it to Networx and they diagnosed the issue (overclocking) and had it fixed in less than 2 days. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on the progress throughout. My PC and simulator work better than ever now and I am very grateful for the entire team at Networx. I'm thankful I know where to go now if I ever have any issues with my PC.

My 2011 Mac had hard drive issues. Jason replaced it and got me up and running in couple days. I am very satisfied with their work. Very satisfied with cost of repairs. I recommend Networx in Pelham to anyone with computer issues.

Nice people, took a little over a week to diagnose and "fix" the problem. They wiped my laptop taking all the Meta data for my small business and poof. Computer wouldn't boot, That was the reason to fix it, was told it could be fixed and everything transferred over with a new drive. If I would have known they didn't transfer anything, I would have just bought a new one. Years of work down the drain after they assured me it would all work the same. It's so aggravating, will never recommend going here, you might as well buy a new one and save yourself the $250. Like, if it can't be fixed or recovered, then tell the customer that. Don't wait to give the computer back after the first of the month and invoices are due and they deleted all my business info, which is pretty important when you work from home!!! Now stuck with a wiped laptop, bills and accounts that can't be accessed, and the bill for this headache.
