“I have to give them props for their COVID era contactless shopping process. Walmart overall has done a great job with their ordering process on the app. It is easy to check to see which store has the items I want so I can get all of the items I want in one stop. I love that I can see the prices on the items and that Walmart does NOT increase the prices to cover for the convenience of having someone do the shopping for me. Sometimes they are out of an item after I order it but that is not that frequent so I can easily overlook it. There is an option on the app to let the store know I am on my way to pick up my item and when I get to the store, my location has been tracked and all I have to do is hit the number of the parking space I am in. I have only had GREAT experiences with the pick up process and Im so thankful for this option for buying my groceries and other items. I come here about twice a month for an order and it is always super easy and quick. I could not recommend it more.”
