I just stopped to look at their inventory as I traveled home from business. Mr. Anthony Beamon was engaging & tapped into my car needs. He answered all of my questions, as well as my brother's questions. Mr. Todd Mayers made it easy to do business. This dealership was everything I expected in ethics & in aesthetics! It was worth the hour's drive in travel!

Today was my 1st time in the service department. The gentleman in the Service department was unfriendly, not rude but definitely not customer friendly. He acted like I interrupted his call on hold. He was on hold when i walked in. No hello can i help you. He just looked at me and said you here to pick up. I said no. I was asking about getting a new key fob. He took my information. During this time the phone stop the hold music. He picked up the receiver, then slamed it down and mumble 30 minutes wasted. As we finished and determined I would need to check my work schedule because the latest appointment would be at 2pm. I said thanks and headed to the door, he said great now I get to sit on hold for another 30 minutes. I looked at him and sorry you missed your call. I bought this car at a "box dealer" and wanted to get mazda service for the future. I think I just go back to the box dealer.

We recently purchased our 16 year old's first car from Mark Cooley at Med Center Mazda. After extensive research, we decided to go with a used VW Jetta. I took my time and looked for Jettas at all of the major dealerships in Birmingham, and I am certain that I got the best price (by far) by working with Mark at Med Center. He was super helpful and friendly and never made me feel pressured. And he knows his cars.
