I love this car wash! The team is always friendly and the equipment is so clean, I feel like my car is truly given a thorough wash. And the membership is great value for the quality of the experience! 12/10 would recommend!

It was no employee from Prattville. It was the Billing and the office with Isaac. Apparently he said he was the top man but he sure didn't sound like it. He would not give me another person or phone number and would not even try to work out what we could do. Isaac could care less about customers satisfaction. He sounded like a robot. I've been a customer for many years. Good customer service would try to work out a solution that would be good for both the customer and business. I did not receive the email for a hike increase but that was not why I was calling. I wasn't even upset about that until I talked to this Isaac with no last name. He said it was not my business to know his name but he knows mine. I called before the end of April to pause my May & June service because I would be out of the country. He said it was billed 2 days ago and I would just lose that money. He would not even let me use it when we return. I canceled my membership that I've had for years. I will not ever use them again and I will pass that on to anyone I can. There are other carwashes in our town that I can give my business to. Hopefully they care more about their customers. Marc 1 definitely lost a long term customer that has lived in this area for 35 years.

The past 2 times I have tried to go to this car wash (the one located off of 31) they have been closed. The site says they close at 7 o'clock PM but here it is 6:45 and the gates are closed. This is quite aggravating due to the fact I can't even get down here after work until this time and I'd really like to just run my car through the wash very quickly. I pay for my membership yet it seems like i'm never using it because of this inconvenience of closing early.

There have been a lot of changes at Marc-1 since COVID. I think it may be chain-wide and not just particular to this location, though, as we also go to the other location about 6 miles away with similar experiences. One thing that has not come back is the spray bottles. So this is pretty much just an exterior-only wash these days. They do provide microfiber cloths, but they're dry, not even premoistened, so forget cleaning the inside of your windows or smudges on your dash. Unless you bring your own interior cleaner or dab up any remaining moisture from your car's exterior to remove the evidence of coffee dribbles and lunch on the go french fry fingers on the radio buttons, don't expect to get the same kind of clean to your car that you could 2 years ago.

Is it normal to not let a customer purchase their own carwash? I can purchase my own carwash without help. Took the mat cleaner machines out and apparently i only need the crevice tool to vacuum my car with. Took me longer to vacuum my car. So now I shake my mats out only to have the dust flying neary car again. Liked it better before when it was Fast Trac.

I recently had an issue with this company of being charged and not using the services they offer. I have never in the past had issues with the wash nor the cleansing ness of it. The only problem was the charges that was charged on an account I didn’t know we was apart of. I spoke to customer service and the lady was extremely rude and seem to care less about the issue and told me they was not refunding anything. on 4/20/21, I purchased a wash and proceeded into the wash as instructed by the Marc-1 Car Wash staff. During the course of the wash, a spinning bristle struck my vehicles' side mirror, shattering the glass. After exiting the wash, I approached the manager to file a claim. The manager took all of my information but refused to provide me the contact information of anyone at the corporate office and was not able to provide a clear understanding of the claims process. I am very disappointed in my experience and mostly because of the way it has been handled. I hope someone who is at a higher level will see this and reach out to me.

The worst customer experience I have ever had was with this company. I did the trial in November, used it for the first few weeks and never went back. With the pandemic, being 6 months pregnant, and losing half our income it slipped my mind to cancel immediately. I remembered in December and called in a few times, and never spoke to a human. The wash does a good job on my car. I especially like it when the employees spray the front of the car before it starts moving into the wash. Employees are friendly and helpful. I appreciate the cloths, spray cleaner, mat cleaner, vacuum, etc.

Terrible! I have been a member since the car wash opened as a Mr. K. It has now been bought by Marc-1. I loved it before, but Marc-1 is terrible. I went by 3 separate times in the middle of the day and they were closed, makes no sense. Then the few times I have been able to get a car wash they didn’t scrub the back of my car. Today I decided to give them one more shot. They didn’t even touch my car with a brush! Total waste of money. Very disappointed. I have cancelled my membership. When I called to express my concerns I was told the supervisor was too busy to talk.

Car washes - we all need them, but how do they compare? Marc-1 Car Wash is one of the better ones with clean and new equipment with the latest and greatest car wash technology, including free vacuum. Marc-1 has several great locations in Central Alabama area - in Chelsea, Pelham, Hoover and Alabaster, Palisades, Jasper and Prattville. I visited the Alabaster location off 119 - in the Buck Creek area and it's a great location and I'm in the area often. Their monthly packages range in price from $12.95 to $29.95, and you can go as often as needed, even everyday if necessary - and visit any of their locations! Although the carts were there, the cloths and window cleaner were missing (but we didn't ask... ) - I was satisfied enough to take the top layer of dirt off of 6 months COVID grime! One star taken for not getting the back of my car clean and the towels and spray cleaner were not evident and/or not available on the day I visited. I was very impressed with this visit - and I'm sure if I'd asked, the guys would have hit the back of my car - and I would have been able to access the towels and spray cleaners. I'm looking forward to my next visit - and Marc-1 may be my new easy button for my car wash!
