“I was in a situation where my package kept getting rejected. They could have easily told me to call customer service cause they’re a franchise and they have nothing to do with it…. And I can’t speak for all the other workers in there, but the lady with the turquoise hair went above and beyond to resolve my issue and relive the stress that was brewing! She was very clear on what she could and could not do. She was very professional. The way she handled my situation and took initiative, gained my respect! 10/10 highly recommend!”

Highly recommended for reliable service and a straight answer. If you grade service by bubbly smiles and platitudes, go elsewhere, and don't be surprised at their apathetic shrugs when your mail is missing. Tom takes his work seriously and I really appreciate it.”

I was unexpectedly surprised by the fast paced line moving right along and to find out it was due to the sales associates working, who, not only were knowledgeable in their field of expertise but also very patient and friendly with people who might not have been as up to date with the changing of such a fast paced, technology centered world. They had extra staff to call and lend a hand if a customer needed any explanation or extra assistance, which proved to be the ultimate game changer.”
