I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jones Collision Center for ensuring an exceptionally smooth process in repairing my daughter's car following an incident. The repairs, focused on the driver side rear quarter panel area, were efficiently completed in about two weeks. I'm thrilled to report that the car now looks brand new, boasting a spotless exterior as if it had never been involved in an accident.A charming feature at the facility is the presence of a friendly dog on staff, adding to the overall stress-free atmosphere. The staff members were not only courteous and professional but also operated within a facility equipped with outstanding amenities, including ample parking for customers in need of bodywork services. I just had my RAV4’s bumper replaced by them and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They were very nice, professional, and prompt with their service.
