I am a contractor and my customer purchased flooring from the Pelham store at the end of September. It had to be ordered and cost $3,600.00. As of 10/19, they still do not have the order in. It was supposed to be delivered 10/18 to the job site. The manager can't give me the location of the order and they don't know when or if it will be delivered. Also, the refuse to refund the money to my customer. I do a lot of jobs and I definitely do not recommend this store.

Flooring is good, customer service is horrible. They push you to buy extra, because of having cutoff pieces. I didn’t need it but they pushed me to buy it any way. When I get finished and have the extra amount left over, now they won’t allow me to return it because of their “return policy”. No one explained about bringing back the extra before any certain amount of time. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and attentive staff. I barely reached before closing time but they stayed back and answered all my questions. The prices were the most competitive I had seen so far, both material and installation. Very satisfied. Two thumbs up.

My husband and I got our floors done a year ago. It was not a good time. We had an installer take cash from our home, the floors were not done correctly and not completed. It took three times and two different crews to come and install our kitchen floors properly. Because of all this we were given a partial refund. In August of this year we reached out to use our warranty (surprise! Our floors are falling apart). I have been waiting 4+ weeks for a call back about questions I have. I reached out to the store in Pelham (where we originally purchased our floors) I was told to call a phone number and speak to a supervisor. I have yet to get a call back from the supervisor. At this point we just want a full refund, we are lost on what to do at this point. I am a small business owner in Pelham and I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

The store is not as knowledgeable on the products as the representatives at customer support in Virginia. If you want the best service and support, deal with the Virginia customer support.

I personally had a great experience shopping here. Very helpful. I had looked for butcher block in many places. They had a great selection and length I needed without having to make seams when my counter tops go in.
