In addition Lisa is great, she actually cares about the results of all of the clients. The place is great and highly recommended to whoever wants to see their young ones advance.”

“I use the Pelham location. Thoroughly enjoy the H20 Bootcamp and the creative ways that we are able to workout in the water. It's been great for my knee rehab. My only suggestions would be not having open swim during the class, only because of our exercises using the length of the pool and because of how many are actually attending every week. My other suggestion is to have a working clock in the men's locker room.”
