Either they don’t inspect the clothes that are donated or they don’t care about biohazards. These pants with poop stains were found on same day 11/2/24

The woman with short white hair is extremely unapproachable. Her basic people skills are obsolete. Always seems to be a place that has some religion behind it where the people do not practice what they preach. Also
... Chill on the prices. It contradicts your values.

I love The Foundry Thrift Stores! You can always find a great variety of treasures. You can find good quality furniture, amazing decorative items, and great customer service. Tony Collier is always so helpful and has an incredible eye for interior design. The management team and staff are always helpful. The proceeds from sales at the store support a wonderful cause – men and women who are in a Christ-centered addiction recovery program. I have seen so many lives that are permanently transformed by the grace of God through the program.

I used to love this store because I believed they priced things fairly but now they charge $6.99 for most T shirts, even ones that are faded and worth nothing. Even worn baby t shirts they’re charging 6.99/ each which I think is diabolical considering it’s something people need for their babies and parents have many expenses. I often donate to this store as well and now that I know they charge this much I’ll make the drive to alabaster or Hoover to donate. The only thing here that is an okay deal is the blue jeans and that’s it.
This store would probably sell more stuff if they priced things fairly. Increasing prices for stuff people didn’t want in the first place doesn’t seem like a good business move to me.

This place actually donates to charity unlike most thrift stores. It is a pretty spacious place with multiple categories.

After rescheduling several times for a pickup our recliners, they stated that they didn't want them. Never asked beforehand for a picture or condition. Recliners had no cuts, scratches or worn spots, I think they just don't want to take the items.

The manager at the store is so rude and some of the workers are disrespectful. But y’all claim that y’all are Christian there no way. Very disappointing. I use too like the store but I don’t now customer service skills are horrible

I have shopped at this thrift store since they opened and I used to love it. They do have a good selection of all the items and the store is clean for the most part. However, there are several things that have changed my opinion of the store. What is the point in having $1 days if you have the workers to pull those tags so there are not many if any on the floor? Even the half priced items that week is being pulled. So many of us loyal customers have witnessed this and complained to no avail. The prices of the items have increased which I can understand to a point but some items are priced beyond ridiculous. It's a thrift store, it should be priced reasonably so that the customers who struggle financially can still afford to buy nice stuff.Besides all of the items are donated, why the ridiculous prices? Customer service is a hit or miss. I have witnessed the lady general manager be rather rude to some customers on different occasions. I have also overheard one particular cashier say on multiple occasions that she refuses to wait on certain customers and will walk away. What kind of customer service is that? That kind of customer service isn't what you should see in a Christ-centered organization. Managers & cashiers should be nice and help all customers regardless of who they are. It appears that this store needs to make some changes and do more training in all areas.
