Went to do a fax last week at this location they take 25$ off ur card as a preauthorized debit which I hate I did an now it’s like they don’t want to return my money u can’t call them no matter what number u call if it’s not a package u can’t get threw so I strongly suggest do not use ur card at FedEx doing a fax CASH ONLY AN AN HOUR AFTER I LEFT MY CARD WAS CHARGED AGAIN RED FLAG

My visit to the store was great. I felt welcomed, valued and appreciated as a customer. I also felt that the associate that helped me wanted me to get the best shipping value and all of that makes me want to return. The store was extremely tidy. Totally great experience and I can't think of any negative feedback about my experience. I will be back and will recommend this location to my friends and family.

Friendly, professional, and efficient. I wish they had an online gadget that could tell me if the last truck had already picked-up. Getting there shortly after 5 pm might make you miss the truck meaning that your overnight is delayed by a day. When I missed the pickup the service representative let me know the next pickup place to try and catch the truck. I did appreciate the information.
