Online intake process = 5/5 (they had some of my info already, and I did other info needs before I arrived. (DL, Ins card).

Wait time = 5/5,
I arrived 20 minutes late and only had wait about the same time. Only one other person was there on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning waits are longer. (note - I also visited in 2023 and the room was full from flu cases. I had to wait a couple hours in 2023.)

Nursing Assistant = 5/5
She confirmed who I was before any treatment. Handle labs, test, shots professionally and kindly.

Physician / NP = 5/5
Dr. Morgan did an excellent job communicating with her staff, as well as communicating with me on my symptoms, treatment. You could tell she cared.
