Transmission went out in van and haven’t had the car a year! Sad ? 3500 on a transmission, shouldn’t just went to a shady place and gotten a car would’ve had better luck

My experience was amazing. My car got totaled and I was devastated. However, Angie reached out to me immediately to give me hope for a new car. I finally went in to see the options and left with a car the same day! Angie made this process so smooth and easy and everyone at the dealership was nice and welcoming. Had a wonderful experience with Lisa a few days ago! The car I wanted was actually on its way to be sold somewhere else and she stopped them to bring it back for me! Omg that was so amazing of her! It was super easy to pick my car and she made sure that I was 100% satisfied! I love my car and if I ever need another one or know someone looking i will definitely reccomend Lisa and Enterprise!! My experience was great!!

The entire experience of purchasing my vehicle was top tier! My salesperson Angie made the entire process and experience so simple and flawless. I have never had such a pleasurable experience buying a car before. Angie and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied, as well as everyone involved with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership because the entire process was short and smooth. I am so happy that they were recommended to me by an employee at the rental

I had a Hyundai shipped to the Pelham, AL dealer from a dealer in Kentucky. It arrived with a minor issue - a maintenance reminder that hadn't been taken care of. The Pelham dealer took the time to take the car to a Hyundai dealer to have the work done before selling it to me. They communicated with me along the way. And -- even after I bought the car -- when I had some questions about the service the Hyundai dealer had done, Enterprise treated me with the same level of service as they did before I bought the car. Best car buying experience I've had.

Overall we love the car and we appreciate the free delivery. I just wish they would not use the high pressure sales on the GAP insurance and if the ad says the car has two keys, send both keys or make a second one. This is only a problem because getting a second key is such a headache.

Wonderful experience! Each person I worked with was kind and well-informed about what my options were. Q hung it out while I waited for insurance settlement money to come in, very patient. Super happy with my "new" car and would recommened Enterprise Car Sales to anyone!
