Worst mechanics ever
Not fair at all what they did charged me 1400 for something that didn’t even get fixed pathetic
They told me it was fixed for it to be broken again the next day and their is very unprofessional 100% do not recommend

I wish I knew about Empire Autohaus sooner. I was having an issue with my VW Jetta but no warning lights were on. I had another shop look at it and they couldn't figure it out. The dealership couldn't take it in for several more days. I was referred to Empire Autohaus and they fit me in the next day, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed that day! Communication was great and the pricing is also fair. Very satisfied and I will be back for future needs.

A big thank you for assessing a check engine light on our 2015 Mercedes ML350 on a Friday afternoon. They had the engine coil in stock and we had the vehicle back that evening. Great customer service with a fair price. If you have a European made car, I recommend you give this mechanic shop a try and you won'tregret it. So glad our friends recommended Empire Autohaus when we needed some mechanic work on the Mercedes.
