Shelby was amazing! Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Yesterday I heard positive word of mouth about DriveTime, and the Pelham location, from two separate people. One was a DriveTime customer and one was a family friend who owns a mechanic shop. I read all the great Google reviews, filled out the online pre-approval, checked out the inventory and made an appointment for today.
I drove from Tuscaloosa and bought the second car I test drove. Shelby has been such a huge help. She's professional, knowledgeable, funny, and really made this experience one that I'll pass on great word of mouth over.
