Worst Pharmacy I've ever experienced.
They argued they wouldn't fill a prescription because they didn't agree with the DOCTOR'S decision on what medicine I should be taking. On top of that, they waited two days to tell me they won't fill it at all because they couldn't find the medication in their cabinets. then refused to give my prescription paper back to have the medication filled elsewhere. They are lucky they don't have a lawsuit.
Plus if you call to try to talk to someone.. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes with no answers. Never again!! I wouldn't stop here for a bag of M&Ms much less something as important as medication

some man was EXTREMELYYYYY rude to my mother, I'm leaving this because not only was HE mean, but the pharmacist acted nonchalant about the situation, horrible customer service.

Love this cvs! It's always clean and well stocked. The store manager and pharmacists are very friendly and helpful.

wonderful pharmacy staff. they are obviously very busy with having a high customer volume to employees but the pharmacy manager has gone above and beyond for me when it came to my insurance and medication. Very friendly. This guy deserves a raise. We will always come to this pharmacy.

I asked the pharmacist at 2:45 if a prescription would be ready by 4:30. She said "Oh I don't even know what time it is right now. Sorry about it. You'll get a text when it's ready". Found it to be extremely rude and off putting. Not the first time with this pharmacist I've had an issue with customer service. The technicians and students here are great but the pharmacist is rude and seems like she would rather be anywhere else. I get it, no one wants to be at work. But when dealing with things as important as medication, a little kindness and not being curt with customers goes a long way.
