Everything says this location opens at 8am. Arrived at 8:20 am & doors are locked. Why doesn't this surprise me? No one knows how to manage a business anymore.

Changed from Publix to CVS pharmacy- I had the best experience ever!! Ryan and pharmacist made me welcomed!!! Can’t ask for more than that- then told me about the sale of candy- so I bought them a bag- you know kisses!!!!

I went by to check on a prescription from My dentist the old black guy at the pharmacy says they don’t have the request. I called the dentist back and they said they sent it. I called the pharmacy back and the guy said they have 2 of the 3 but no pain pills were sent so I said I’m not driving down there for some damn mouth rinse. I called the dentist back and they sent the request again. I called the guy and said I was checking on the psi. Pills and he is screaming like a fool , “ you cussed me out. You hung up on me. “ I told him I didn’t cuss him out. He never would tell me if the pills were ready so I had to get out of bed and drive to the store , I talked to the manager and asked her to go back there and stand by in case the clown boy tried to tell some more lies. The manger got my prescriptions and rang them up for me. Much Thanks to her.too bad they can’t find some competent help.

Went in looking today for one item and both people in pharmacy seemed beyond annoyed that I had the nerve to ask them where I could find item. Terrible customer service!!

I waited 9 minutes on hold listening to the propaganda and still didn’t speak to anyone! I hung up in disgust. Too much listening to what is available there and not what I want. I am definitely going to change pharmacies if this continues!

That lady named Brooke was so nice. I bet she is a hard worker. She was in the back stocking condoms and helped me at the front counter with my photo printing. WOW amazing

I have used this pharmacy in the past but had to switch due to insurance. It’s the only pharmacy I want to use. My insurance changed again and I was trying to transfer my prescriptions but had an issue. I chose Chase dr. location first because they close later. Didn’t even receive a call that there was a problem. Huntley pkw. Location pharmacist called me within hours. I’m their customer forever.

The staff there is not friendly it is as if they have zero customer skills. I have never felt so unwelcome. It’s sad because the CVS staff themselves in the store end are so wonderful.
