My 1990 Lincoln Town Car was damaged by a storm. My dad bought it new ; we lost him in 2020 …It now has 58k miles on it. I met David Russell he was very professional and polite. David wrote my estimate he was thorough and explained each part of the process. I find body shops to be arrogant and too busy to get involved with jobs like this one. I have used Custom Paint and Collision their work is extraordinary and they treat you like a real person. Great job David see you soon. Recommend A+++*

I normally don't leave reviews, but the ethics and Integrity of Rick compelled me to post a review. I was involved in an accident in March 2023. I took my car to Custom to get repaired. The repairs took a little over 4 months because parts were unavailable. I felt like I was getting the run around with the repairs and from my insurance company ALFA. The estimated repairs was about 17k. When I got my car back I was still having problems with my car performance. I took the car back to custom 3 or 4 times between August and November, but in DEC 2023, I talked with Rick and he asked me to bring the car in so he can look at the car. Apparently, a former employee who no longer works for Custom rushed the process and did not complete the final inspection. Rick at first glance noticed several things that had not been repaired under the hood. Rick was extremely apologetic and has shown he is a person of his word. Rick immediately got someone to arrange a rental car for me and contacted my insurance company to resubmit his findings. Rick paid for the rental car and helped me communicate with the insurance adjuster. My insurance company continued to give me the run around . Rick regularly called to follow-up on the problem. Rick got on a three-way call to help explain the pictures, the documents and finds of the damages. Long story short the Insurance company didn't want to pay for the repairs. Jan. 2024 my insurance company ALFA called Custom and stated they made an error and I owed $500. Rick contacted me and informed me I did not owe the money because he was on the call with ALFA. Genuine service and integrity is really rare. Rick didn't try to make excuses nor cover-up the problem, he took ownership and provided a reasonable solution. For that, I recommend Custom. The body work done made my 2018 Camry look brand new. Thank you Rick.

Quality of the paint work was very good. Had a few issues along the way but once Rick got involved they were quickly resolved. In my opinion, it is not uncommon for unexpected things to happen with car repairs, so you need to be sure you are dealing with someone reputable and with integrity. Rick has those qualities, so I would recommend doing business with him.

UPDATE: Rick was very apologetic and communicative everyday. He went out of his way to fix everything that the other gentleman did wrong. I am pleased now! Please do not choose Custom Paint & Collision Center. They do not deserve your business as they already have “plenty” business. My fleet vehicle was directed to go to them and it was for a small wreck. My 1st issue was Brandon Johnson the Estimator gave me a quote and then charged the fleet insurance more. I am sure they do that on every vehicle to pocket more profit. My 2nd issue is my fleet vehicle is CURRENTLY still there. They gave my fleet vehicle back to me with 2 new problems. The electronic passenger door handle was now not working and the biggest issue was air was flowing into my vehicle loudly when I drove it. I have took it back 3 times and had to get another rental car and spend about 2 days messing with the issues they created. Todd is the manager or owner and told me to bring my fleet vehicle back and they would look at it. I did and they couldn’t fix it. Then he said to bring it back for a longer time and they still haven’t addressed the issue. Hopefully they will give me my fleet vehicle back or I will have to report it to the BBB. They don’t need any more business as they make their money off charging insurances more than what it really is to fix your vehicle. On top of that they create more problems for your vehicle. I was surprised after reading the reviews because they were not apologetic at all. My 3rd issue was my car decals came back turned upside down. As I’m sure someone was tampering with my fleet car. I will document it and hope to get my fleet car back soon.

I've never had such great service! The owner of the company was able and willing to fix a minor, cosmetic ding on my new vehicle on-the-spot, free of charge. Amazing!

The people are fraud and take no initiative. I had a minor accident to my vehicle dating 4 months ago. There has been one excuse after another regarding part delays, strikes, etc. Understanding the market we are in, I have given the company time but come to find out they have been adding supplemental claims with my insurance that I did not ask or approve to my vehicle. They have told me parts have been completed when they have not. Their primary manager quit and stated they had been contracting them to work for them but he has to work after hours in order to fulfill his contracting duties. It's been 5 weeks that he departed and they have yet to fulfill a replacement and not once have I had a manager to call me back. They submitted the incorrect paperwork to my insurance on multiple occasions. They have also submitted the correct paperwork through the wrong portal on multiple occasions causing further delays with payment from my insurance. I have requested a call back regarding an update on my vehicle almost daily for no one to return my calls. There is zero focus on any expedition or customer service from their company. My car was hit last year and the insurance company of the person that hit me told me I had to use someone within their network. My whole ordeal was stressful to say the least. But during that time Mr. Rick and his staff (Todd, Amber, Mary) these are the ones I communicated with, were always kind and helpful. The level of customer service is top notch. I am truly glad I took my vehicle to them..

I took my 18 year old avalanche down for a quote on the paintwork, and was very satisfied with the outcome of our conversation. Rick was not only knowledgeable about my concerns, but was super personal as well. I highly recommend giving them a visit.
