Was refused service today 11/24/2020 because I didn’t have a mask. I made my case known that I had cash in hand and ready to buy a iPhone 12 Pro Max. However, she did not care and would not let me purchase a phone. Won’t deal with them again!

I went last week to upgrade my phone and they charged me for a $35 wireless speaker I didn't purchase. Now I'm calling repeatedly and no one picks up the phone. They also enrolled me for Cricket Protect without my permission and when I told them I wanted it removed they said I had to do it from the app, which is bs. I was not given a receipt until I asked for it. Now I know why! I demand a refund.
