I needed some office supplies yesterday (5/14/24) and as I entered the store he was talking to one of his associated and immediately asked if he could help. He took me to the products I needed, helped me take them to the cashier and then helped me take a large office desk mat to my car..... friendly, professional and helpful. What a great example to his employees. Better than an "online buying experience". Thanks, Van.”
