The time spent with me detailing the work that would be done during the estimate process should be industry standard. From “hello, how can we help you?” I felt like a valued customer. The text updates during the repair process were outstanding. The staff worked with me on delivery. The final cost matched the estimate. The work was factory perfect. And picking up a vehicle that had been detailed inside was a bonus.

Brittany and Robbie were so great to work with! This was my first car accident and I had no clue what I was doing. Not only were they concerned with my wellbeing from the accident but they were honest and fair from the start! They helped walk me through the process and even helped with questions when the insurance company wouldn’t return my calls! I cannot recommend this company enough! As long as we’re in the area, they will have our business!

Great body shop. Repairs look great and they finish up the job in a very reasonable amount of time. They do a great job of keeping you updated on your repair status with text messages and phone calls. I can confirm they are preferred providers for both State Farm and ALFA.

First want to say the repairs look great, I was t-boned/swiped and needed two doors replaced and dents in the frame fixed.
I did have to return a second time because the wiring was not hooked up correctly in the passenger side door that allowed it to lock. A few concerns were that my car was rummaged through (glove box and center console) and items that were in those areas were very dirty and misplaced. Weren’t important items which I why I didn’t bother removing them, but was odd that they weren’t put back correctly and got dirty. The fusebox cover was also missing at first and was eventually found in the backseat. The inside of the car was very dirty and caked in dust which is alright but others reviews have stated the inside of their car was at least partially cleaned/wiped down from the dirt. I also wasn’t informed of when the car would be ready until a call a few hours before it could be picked up. This left little time to prepare when I would return my rental.
Overall it was an okay experience, but I’m not sure I would be back in the event of another wreck.

I took my car there unfortunately it was not fix right. They over charged the insurance company and my car is still coming apart. Also they supposedly ordered a part that I didn’t need, and added it to my bill (I guarantee the old part is still on it) the bottom of my car is coming a loose in which the guy Tyler that works there said State Farm will not pay for it ( my entire car is insured). It’s part of my bumper. I had to take my car back 3 times. The last time I showed Tyler what was coming apart, they just pushed it in and it still comes out of place. I called to talk to the manager he has yet to return my phone call. I will not recommend anyone to take there car there, they half do everything. Classic collision in Pelham is the worse.

i took my car today for a estimate to get it fixed. they werejust great right away they were going to try and see if theycould make things easier for me until the parts were ini was impressed that they were going to do this for me.that right there told me these were good people.really great to be treated so great. i recommend themService: Body & Trim

absolutely awful experience. the incompetent and clueless receptionist will be the end of this business. I emailed Alisha on March 29 about repairs on my car, and she responded telling me to bring it in May 8 and they would get started on it. when I arrived May 8 they acted like they had no idea who I was and that I had no appointment. after 30 minutes of back and forth with the receptionist insisting that she never spoke with me, she found the email conversations and suddenly remembered that she DID tell me to come in. after 2 DAYS of leaving my car here, I call to check on the status and am told I will receive a call back. After calling a 2nd and 3rd time over the course of an entire day, I finally receive the call and am told that my car hasn’t been started on because it was an “unscheduled dropoff”. no one at this business seems to care that I wasted nearly $1000 on a rental car and waited over a month to get my car fixed only to be blamed for THEIR mixup and pushed to the back of the line. they obviously have a lot of business but because of this don’t respect their customers.

I would recommend Classic Collision on Pelham Parkway to any and all family, friends, and strangers. They not only did a terrific job fixing the entire passenger side panel and bumper, but they ended up replacing the light casing and grill, which was only minor damage (student driver parking incident). They took care of everything through our Farmer's insurance and I had my car back in two weeks (whereas, other places said it would take months just to get an appointment and then weeks to get the parts needed).Also, they completely detailed the outside and inside.I couldn't be more pleased with their excellent customer service and performance.I feel like my 9+ yr old Impala is brand new!
