This is the worst rental experience I've ever had. The van we rented was quoted at one price and then they charged more. It smelled like smoke and was filthy. We extended the rental due to the repair shop taking longer and they charged $50 fee plus more than doubled the cost of the rental for the three days. STAY AWAY!!!

In making reservations through the number on Google through airport reservationSoon after I get call from my back saying my account was being scam for payment to some Russia do she could be a baby make my card was being setup for automatic payment so I never got reservations I just left things alone.So be careful when trying to make reservations I no longer trust online or phone reservation

I book a minivan online and when I was arriving to pick it up they say they that actually they don’t have that car available so they give me just regular car white the same rate of the minivan and didn’t agree to give me refund on the deferent. Lady at the front has some bad attitude.. be aware

My car was ready at the set time, clean, fueled, and had only 5000 miles on it. As a Fastbreak (Budget Rewards program) member, I was a bit surprised that I had to provide my ID for scanning, initial the contract 7 times and sign the contract. Other car rental companies make renting a lot more convenient for their rewards members.In general notes: This rental place does not have a drop box and when you miss closing time, you have to use the budget at the airport, or return at 8 am the next day. Not filling up is charged at $8.99/ gallon. Leaving your car at the rental cost $9 per day.Return was easy.

My boyfriend and I tried to rent a car from here and we were told because he had an out of state license he could not rent a car. We asked to see this policy and we were told that it wasn’t written. I have NEVER heard of a rental car company refusing service to people from another state. Save yourself some time and just go to another rental car company— there are plenty in the area that are happy to service people visiting from out of state.

After a rocky start (don't forget the original Credit Card that the vehicle is pre-ordered with), we had a great experience! The vehicle was brand new, the customer service was excellent. Will definitely use this location for future rentals!

Called to get a quote for my father. Gave a quote. Father went to pick up the car for the weekly rate and it jumped $158 in less then 12 hours and basically they said sorry after my father had to take an Uber there to get the car. Terrible business practice, dishonest, poor service. Tried to take it up with the local corporate Business Manager who wouldn't let me speak, raised her voice, and hung up on me after I said don't cut me off as I tried to speak. Real great customer service. Beware!

Came here in dire need for a rental because we had a wedding to go to and Micheal was so kind to help out looking for one even for other companies! He helped call around for places and dug a little digging to get us a car! 10/10 customer service!
