I wad advised they would be open on Saturday, incurred an extra fee since I had to drive to Birmingham.

This is the worst rental experience I've ever had. The van we rented was quoted at one price and then they charged more. It smelled like smoke and was filthy. We extended the rental due to the repair shop taking longer and they charged $50 fee plus more than doubled the cost of the rental for the three days. STAY AWAY!!!

The Pelham location a budget is absolutely awesome. They always manage to find me a car and I need one for my vacation.
