They are crooks and dishonest. We missed one payment. Called before the second payment was due. Made a payment arrangement to get completely caught up on our next payday which was 10 days away. They came and repoed our vehicle. The owners said on the phone word for word, with the repo man standing there. "He changed his mind. He decided not to honor the agreement. We went and spoke with him about it today. With cash in hand with the late payment and another months payment to get ahead. I was very polite with him. He started yelling at me and said he didn't care it would be the whole payoff to get it back or nothing. He is rude as hell, and a lying human being. This establishment has zero integrity.... I could understand if we did not communicate with him about our late payments, but we did. They agreed to it over phone.
I asked him why he was yelling at me and he immediately simmered down and sat in his dingy chair.
I didn't want pity from him, I didn't want him to feel sorry for me. I just wanted him to stand up and be a real businessman and keep his word. Sadly he did not....
Do not go there unless you absolutely know for sure your life will not get flipped upside down and you won't miss a payment

Bought 2011 Ford Edge en march of this year quit work few day later they fix now. It not even 7 months later transmisión went out tyehy want fox payed 2509 down 400 month for lemon car wasted all that money this car was toasted 12000

UPDATE: The vehicles they sell are trash! DON'T GET SCAMMED! Car I purchased lasted all of 1 week...and that's without driving it on a daily basis (was in the shop for repairs for about 3 days).Car ran hot and cut off in the middle of road! Before that, car was skipping, before we could even make it to repair shop to get skipping checked out, it ran hot and motor went out! No refund, no partial refund...nothing! This is bad business! They patch the cars to last a few days, knowing they're not ready to be sold! BEWARE!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Angie, who I'm going to assume is the receptionist, because with her vile, nasty attitude, there's no way she's has enough personality to be a sales person. I'm sure she'd run all the customers off. She is rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful. Prior to having such an unpleasant experience with this lady I would have recommended Brookwood Motors for their professionalism. She should not have a job dealing with the public! I will not be recommending this car lot to anyone, her attitude sucks! Everyone else that I interacted with was professional. Get rid of this lady before she drives y'all out of business!

Nice,Reasonable,Reputable Dealer, Good Vehicle's,Great Buy Here Pay Here Used Car Dealer!Jorge- sales- man was Great,No Pressure,Made a Deal I'm Plzed w/&feel good about. I am plzed so far w/2010Toyota Prius. Payments could've been a lil lower but I'm Just thankful 2have a vehicle &Pray it's Dependable.I don't mind payin 4it, I'm Glad 2as Long as My Mom or Myself don't have 2worry bout how we're goin 2get places or worries of breakin dwn all the time.I noticed when I test drove the windows stopped workin after i left but i have 2go over anyway&I'm sure he'll take care of it,probably- small/easy fix ..Glad to do Business; So far so good.*Update:2day is day #4 since payn dwn on car$1800.00&I can't drive car,won't start,so still stranded can't wrk!The check hybrid system message was on,he told me 2bring back&leave a couple hrs& mechanic would fix it.(not happy 2 have 2take time,gas plus find a ride 2 return,I feel should've been fixed b4 sold but absolutely grateful that he's fixin it)There's a few small things I've noticed since I been drivin that I pray he'll fix as well since it was like that already,Seem 2b Reasonable,Good, Reputable Dealer that care about their customers so hopefully Mon I'll b able 2give a Better Review.Got get çar 2him,can't drive it.(he towed) Prayers plz that i didn't waste $1800. plus insurance,tag,title+tire(had flat night I got car) Update After seein how this is resolved after speakin 2 Jorge salesman??who sold me car. UPDATED:April 15th-I contacted Brookwood Motors spoke w/Jorge who sold me car,he said he'd come pick up that day&ask me 2give him a day 2address each thing didnt get car Mon,picked up on Tues morning& I was able 2pick it up Thurs.@3pm, I got call from Jonathan(that it was ready,Hybrid system fixed check engine light off,all he was waitin on was item 4horn),I was beyond plzed w/them Fixin the issues w/car,I would like 2know if the brakes were checked b/c still has scrubbing noise such as brakes every now&then?Its done since test drive but was a flap hangin around front tire scrubbin, Mechanic was supposed 2fix flap that day&did something but its hangin again &goin 2pull bumper off if not fixed correctly.Overall Very plzed w/vehicle, customer service, price, salesmanship&Any Car Dealership that values the Customer &Reputations enuff 2get U In2 a dependable vehicle w/affordable payments,low dwn payment,any1 approved w/proof of income.I'd definitely recommend them to family &friends i was referred by my daughter&son n law which both have vehicle's from Brookwood Motors!!!! Go Check them Out!!!Great way 2Do Business&keep business coming back,Keep It Up Brookwood Motors &Jorge,I hope your son won his last game!Ty 4 the Sale! .Update: paid 1st payment in 2wks spoke to owner he told me part was in 4my horn but his mechanic was out but they need the car for an entire day to fix horn,short AC,hit a bump&radio turns off,horn blows sometimes but not every time,also I'm very dissatisfied w/ the fact i was told nothin was wrong w/ brakes when I got it,also when at shop 2fix hybrid system they say nothing is wrong with brakes but they are scrubbing&were when I test drove it but i was told it was a flap hangin down.I told salesman I didn't want anything i had 2work on i needed dependable transportation!So i feel they should fix issues that were present when car was purchased like brakes,short in horn,radio&temp control's! I Pray they Do so i can give them their 5star Rating Back.Will update one more time with final results!! No AC,BRAKES BAD, SHORT, CAN'T PAY CAN'T DRIVE 2WRK?FIX & I'LL BE GLAD 2PAY!! We bought a 2002 Silverado in 2009. Here we are 10 years later and 350,000 miles on it and it still runs. Not really had any work on it other than maintenance.
