Boost mobile was bought by Dish and now the service is down nationally, maybe globally. I haven't had phone service since 1:00 a.m. this morning.

Not my best experience. I know they need to make money, but I just needed a SIM Card. I didn't need them to activate it for me, especially for a fee. I didn't need an upgraded plan. They lost my business. There weren't any great phone selections in store either. Boost is always sending me advertisements to go in store and I was glad to see one closer to me, but I was disappointed. Then there were 2 or 3 more stores within miles of this location. I started to stop by those to see how my service would be. I just ended up at Walmart and called Boost customer service to quickly transfer my phone.

Been coming here for years...zero issues, nice people, took a virus off my phone, didn't charge me anything. Nothing like your neighborhood phone store. Boost service surprised me, great coverage!

Terrible customer service don't go to the store in Pelham. The man working today rather than saying he didn't know how to unlock my sim card made excuses. He's was unprofessional, slow and acted like he had been smoking way to much marijuana. When I left the store I was very displeased. He made no effort to try to ensure that even if HE couldn't solve the problem that I wouldn't be dissatisfied with his customer care. Do not go to that store if you care about customer service.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Saved my wife and I tons in monthly fees while supplying our entire family with a device. I've come to this store for years, and my most recent visit has made me happy I've frequented this location in particular.

Showed up right at closing, he called his manager at the boost up the road and sure enough the gentleman let me in! Got away from the terrible contract i was in and got 4 lines for 100. 4 iphones. He stayed until 830 for us! I really i appreciate that
