Absolutely don’t take car here ! I purchased the top package , “ the works “ which included a ceramic coating. The car wash didn’t half clean the car then the ceramic coating was applied. I complained about car still being dirty so they sent it back through and it didn’t get clean and the attendant said it was because the ceramic coating sealed the dirt in. They told me I should go to Anthony’s Car Wash and see if they could strip the coating off and wash car ! Unbelievable!! Also no refund for sealing dirt into my car versus washing my car! Don’t go … do as they told me … go right down the road to Anthony’s and get it done right.

Best car wash in the metro area. The wash does a very thorough job. The air and water and tire cleaner section at the beginning are a plus. The vacuums are strong and plentiful. Most importantly when you're going through the tunnel's space age design you feel like you're Buck Rogers or something.
They appreciate their customers too. They send me free washes on my birthday and anniversary. That's a great way to build customer loyalty. There is a similar car wash closer to my house, but I always drive the extra distance to go to Blue Rain.

They offered to wash my car a second time when it didn’t come out clean the first time, which was awesome.
Then, when I was accidentally locked out of my car (the safety feature auto locked all of the doors as I was vacuuming it with my purse inside), they let me use their phone a few times to call my husband and get a locksmith.
So kind and helpful when I was having a pretty difficult morning. Thank you!!

I’ve had a membership here for about a year the people who work there are great!
I just have a few complaints. My car always ends up so soapy after still way more than any other car wash I have to use the rags after and even then it does not come all off. I know it’s hard with so many cars and everything going on, but I just feel like for some reason they’re drying is not the best.
Second, I’m moving out of state at the end of the month so I’ve been trying to cancel my membership. You have to give 30 days notice which doesn’t make a ton of sense since I wanted to make sure I could use my membership this month before I left. There’s also no way to get in contact with someone. You just fill out a form on the website and I asked if it can be confirmed it got canceled and I’m not really sure how to hear back from anyone.
Overall, good experience and good people!
