Went through a signing process with other branches that said I didn’t need to sign any documentation stating that I was the owner of MY own account. The last branch I went to told me the teller HERE flagged my account making me not able to access it fully for two months. Don’t go to this bank. Definitely believe it was racial.

Waiting to get a deposit slip from tell for ten minutes now. Already got the call button three times now. Smh Now I’m waiting for the teller to finish a simple cash deposit for 25 minutes now. She definitely needs help because this is ridiculous!

I have never had to wait so long in a bank line and it’s like every time ridiculous !!!!! It’s not like that at other locations just the Pelham branch by the Burger King. I mean 20 mins come on ?

Teller was extremely rude, frustrated and seemed overwhelmed. I’ve never have had any issues when it was Bbva or at any bank I bank with. Seriously thinking about changing now. Hopefully they can get their staff in order.

Atm worked nicely .... that was my main purpose for coming here. I had no issues. $20 intervals at the atm so keep this in mind.

The service has been okay but I would like to receive a statement with my balance amount, I have requested it on 3 occasions and I have not received it as of yet.
