Jim and his staff were so helpful in replacing the screen on my phone so I didn’t need to buy a new one! I highly recommend them if you need any kind of electronic repairs.

Jason was very professional and got me in and out quick, i went there to get 2 new key fobs re-programmed, he had told me he was only an apprentice but was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing!

My wife got taken advantage of by this business just like every other customer that goes in to get a key fob battery. They charged her $13.99 before tax for the battery and to install it. It takes all of about 45 seconds and requires no special tools. They installed a very generic muRata brand CR2032 battery that sells on ebay for $12.99 for a pack of 25. I already knew Batteries Plus is way overpriced on everything but my wife didn't and after this price gouging episode, she will never darken the doors of this company ever again.
I put 1 star only because she did receive a battery even if it is generic ebay and Amazon junk.

What a great place for your battery needs. I took a dead battery from a generator there. It is an odd size and I was not sure I'd be able to find a replacement.I went to Batteries Plus and the employee looked at my battery for about 5 seconds and then goes immediately to a row and shelf to retrieve a new battery. Bingo! Exact size and shape. He then tested the voltage on each to show that indeed my old battery was dead and the new one had a healthy voltage.They took care of the old battery also. What awesome service. I went home, installed the new battery and my generator started right up. It's an old generator but still runs. This certainly saved me from either trying to find a place for generator repair (good luck) or outright replacement.

Used to be very responsive to help customers. Recently tried to get a replacement key fob for wife's car. They advised they would transfer it from their Alabaster store as they had it in stock and would call me in 1-2 days to return to get it setup for me. Never heard back. Called them a week later and they didnt know anything I was talking about but they did have my key fob from Alabaster but didnt know why or for who. They promised they would advise their "locksmith" to call me to setup me coming in to get it setup. Waited another week - no call. I give up! They used to be responsive and organized & I liked them. Now I have no idea. Wont try them again. Will go elsewhere.

Horrible service. I came in with my receipt within the 14 day time period of return. They would not return the batteries because the package was opened?! I’m a car dealer and get used to get all batteries from there…

Just left the Pelham location and was blown away at the customer service. Brother Eric just "totally gets it with customer service". I guess I'm with Batteries Plus for life.

I had a iPhone 7 that needed a new battery. I made the appointment online and got text reminders before the appt. When I arrived they took me right away and explained what they would do. I decided to wait and the entire process took about 30 minutes. Very easy all the way around and the price was very good as well. I highly recommend them for any cell phone battery replacements
