“I had to get a bumper cover (surprisingly, it's actually called a "bumper cover", and not "bumper") replaced as part of an insurance claim. After searching online, reading reviews, and calling several body shops, I chose Med Center Collision. Michael, the estimator, gave me a reasonable quote with an OEM part. The next week, Med Center Collision had the part and called me to set a day to drop off the car. Like many body shops, Med Center Collision took care of the insurance paperwork. When I picked up the car, the car was washed and waxed, and so the car looked great. The new part has a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Also, there's an Enterprise car rental place a mile away that will pick you up and drop you off as well.I found Michael to be a decent down-to-earth person. I recommend this place to anyone in need of a body shop, regardless of whether or not the work is under an insurance claim. The car doesn't even have to be a Mazda either.Service: Body & Trim”
“Was told I needed a couple of parts and instead of just selling me the parts, the service manager crawled under and determined it was a bigger issue than previously diagnosed. Even some things the Jeep dealership would have to deal with. He even got some tools and made an adjustment in the parking lot!! And didn't charge me. He just wanted me to be safe!!!”

“Absolutely Amazing Service @ this location!!!! ?? ???? The staff here is kind, professional, and SUPER efficient. Sammi, Rod, Logan, Stephanie and Sarah took care of my service (tire rotation) in about 20 mins. They were even more understanding and gracious to complete a tire balance (I forgot to request it ??♀️DOH!) after the initial service. Another 15 mins and I was all set. Comfortable indoor and outdoor waiting areas.

But nice he came soon and was honest and no repair was needed. Kevin came the next day and cleared my horribly yellowed headlights on my 13 year old Honda. Could barely see light out of them.
