Kip Dollar and his staff were very helpful and willing to work with us. I was purchasing a container for Oak Mountain BMX. The price was fair, they delivered it on time, and placed it on our pad. We had a great experience and will be back if we need another container.

Momma always said, "If you have nothing good to say just say nothing at all". Sorry momma. If you want the container altered do it yourself. You will be better off. If you want a new container without dent's go somewhere else. Get my drift. If you need a door might as well cut a hole and let the rain poor in!

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Alabama Mobile Storage, and I feel compelled to share my experience. A few weeks ago, we had a container delivered, but it had some issues: it wasn't leveled correctly, and the doors wouldn't close properly. We promptly contacted them, and they assured us that the problem would be fixed on Monday.However, when my business partner called to follow up, we were shocked by the owner's unprofessional behavior. We had him on speaker and treated us with complete disrespect, stating that we were not a priority before hanging up on us. When we called back to address the situation, he remained arrogant and showed no remorse, even denying that he had hung up on us, before hanging up on us again.Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their business. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when raising valid concerns. Unfortunately, our experience with Alabama Mobile Storage fell far short of this expectation.I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the company to improve its customer service and communication. As a result of this disappointing encounter, I cannot recommend Alabama Mobile Storage to others until they address these issues and ensure a more respectful and customer-centric approach.

was supposed to email me some king of agreement and delivery time and when I didn't receive it ...I called and Mr Dollar told me if I don't answer my phone he wont delivery... all I asked was for a heads up message and he refused and got RUDE! next time EMAIL like you said you would when I called the other day!!!! so I would have some kind of INFO!

Best people I've ever dealt with nice down to earth just like country fried people really enjoyed talking with him and the deal they gave me was out of this world anybody looking for a container you need to see these people

I advise anyone to not buy or rent a container from these people they're nothing but scandals I bought a trailer container 6 weeks ago they delivered it and I had a door put in the other end of 36 inch door it was damaged very severely and they will not do nothing about it it took 6 weeks to get the container these people are nothing but liars and scandals do not buy from them please you'll be sorry like I am the only reason that they got one star is because they deserve no stars

Great folks to buy from! I highly recommend Alabama Mobile Storage.I bought 2 containers from them and even after having a flat tire while delivering the 1st one, they still were able to deliver the 2nd one on the same day (before the forecast-ed rain came in which would have made delivery impossible for the next couple of weeks and delayed my project)
