The manager, didnt catch his name, will not help out with the warranty, which his Employee Kevin had also claimed I still had, and tries to get you to buy new appliances to help you out! Im guessing this is a new manager and gives an attitude when calling back to get help with the apoliance bought from them. Last manager that helped me was really helpful, i believe his name is Brian! Of course i will be irritated because i was sent back and forth calling Aarons and GE trying to get my appliance checked out, and especially when the only way he can think of helping is by me buying from them again! Why would anyone buy another item with them if they cant help with what they sold me in the 1st place!I barely have 2 years with the dryer. I was offered protection plan but that ends once you pay in full!

Just visited the store. Employee saw me and my family enter and closed herself in the office. We really wanted to purchase a washer and dryer. She never came out to help us and stayed on the phone the whole time we were there. Guess we'll go with Rent A Center.

I understand understaff. BUT it does not take 1 minute out of your so calI life to pick that phone and say we can't make it. Thank you for ruining my son's believing in people AGAIN. By the way, when we did canceled order because you NEVER SHOWER UP FOR 2 DAYS for delivery, You covered yourself stating "did not want," that was totally wrong and keeping my $100 you know what you can do with it.

1 star only because it will not let me put 0 stars. Terrible service in the store then was supposed to get my set delivered 7/22… Did not come until August 2nd after countless phone calls. When delivered they then say they don’t have a DRYER VENT and “no way to order one” so I now have to go to Lowe’s and buy the part myself and then install it myself because who knows how long it would take them to get back over here. 0/10 would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars. I would!! Customer service is horrible JOSH talks to customers as if he is speaking with his friends. Horrible Management skills. They promise you one thing then changes it after you leave just close the sale.

They looked out fore when my refrigerator suddenly went out and we were between checks. My wife and I pay cash for most our stuff, so neither one of our credit is the best. Thank God for Aarons when your in that situation or one like it. Everyone here was very helpful and friendly. Couple minutes and we were on our way home with a new refrigerator all in time to save our food. Thanks guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Rented a TV from Pelham Aaron’s. Called the store on 12/4/21 to have the TV picked up as I am moving out of state. Received no return phone call. Called the store again on 12/9/21 and the manager Jessie said they would pick it up by 5:00 pm that day. Driver comes, gets the TV and wants me to sign a document that say I still owe $784 for the TV. I had the driver get Jessie back on the phone to confirm the contract was over, no money was due and the next monthly payment would not be taken out of my bank account. I also requested he send me an email confirming all of this. I never received the email. On 12/15/21, 6 days after they picked up the TV, they charged me for the next monthly payment. I called customer service and after sitting on hold for 45 minutes, I was told the account still shows as active. I’m now waiting to hear from the District Manager Robert Weatherholt.I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with Jessie at this store in the past. He’s petty, condescending, rude and judgmental and needs to be fired. Based on my past experience with this sad little man, I’m convinced Jessie did this on purpose.DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE OR JESSIE.

Ordered a whole bedroom suit just to be told that the nightstand “isn’t available” after delivery and they “don’t know when it will be available again” . So why would you sell me a bedroom suit without a nightstand?

My son asked for a PS4 and a VR headset for Christmas, who really has almost a thousand dollars saved up? Jesse, the manager, was so very helpful and saved me about 75 dollars a month by bundling the two items together. And I was given an additional discount of five dollars just by sharing my experience. Great place to go is you don't have the cash up front.

WAYYYY overpriced items. Charging $2,000 for a 1050ti laptop that goes for 900 new is insane. Not to mention the $4,000 dollar tv. I'm appalled by your audacity to charge such outrageous prices. Will never do business here again.
