I deal with Wells Fargo in Different cities all way have good service. But this bank is bad under staffed. All ways have it wait.

I have the same complaint as everyone else. The people are nice, but there's not enough of them. There is always a long wait! Considering what banks pay their employees I'm sure they could afford to double the staff with relatively no impact on their budget

Everytime I go inside (because I need rolled coins) it's a 10-30 min wait because there's only 1-3 tellers out of the 6 places for tellers. I could use the drive up window with the drawer if it is ever open, which is rare. It's like they purposely want to make people wait. I've been going in this branch for over 3 years and it's always seriously understaffed, which is a same bc they have the nicest W.F. building. I'm sick and tired of burning my lunch time waiting on a teller. I would never bank here, the company I work for banks with them.
