BEWARE of Pinky’s!!!! If I could give this company a zero I would. I waited for roadside assistance on Alabama Hwy 431 for over 2 hours and after more than 2 hours of waiting the owner cancelled. He cancelled my service because I did not know if my spare was fully pressurized. He said that it would be a waste of their gas to provide me service if my spare was not pressurized. The state trooper stopped to check on me and assured me my spare was pressurized. I called PINKYS back and I begged for help as I’m a 65 year old woman and he refused. I called Kevin Goodyear Towing and they showed up within 20 mins.

They are the absolute worse! They were supposed to tow my grandmothers car to the Mitchell Nissan dealership, here in Enterprise Al. A few days past and we hadn’t heard anything from the dealership so we give them a call. The dealership inform us that they do not have the vehicle. Immediately we call pinky. Pinky informs us that we called him and to drop it off at another location. That is NOT true. We go to the location to see if the vehicle is there and it is NOT. We call him again to let him know the car is not there. He claims he called his driver and the driver said that he dropped the car off “beside the dealership”. He said his driver was in Dothan, but would be there to tow the car to the dealership in a hour. We go to look for the car where he said it was and once again THE CAR WAS NOT THERE. Now it’s time to report the car stolen. Once the cop comes and the report is filed, the car was found about a hour later. But guess where….in an apartment complex. Pinky says that he was again advised to take it there which he was NOT. Car doors were open and they key was on the floor board of the car. If you need to get your car towed you are better off pushing it yourself. He will steal your car and put the blame on you. I hope he gets arrested. He has poor character and honesty is not in his vocabulary. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I can't decide if I think this shop is incompetent or if they are just plain old crooks. They had two of our vehicles for a solid 3 months. We paid them $6,000, and neither of them was properly fixed when we finally got them back. He replaced some seals on my daughter's Corvette engine on two separate occasions and told her that was all it needed, but when she picked it up, he told her it needed an engine. I'm no expert, but I can't understand why you would charge someone $2000 to replace seals on an engine that is no good. The other car was a Mustang that had the transmission go out. THe estimated total of $3300 turned into $4000, and when we got it back it wasn't shifting properly and he couldn't figure out why. He literally told my son he should trade it in after we paid him all that money to fix it! I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life. And furthermore, if you look on Google you'll see multiple listings for him, which is why I didn't see all these absolutely horrendous reviews to begin with. So if you are posting a review, please post it under all of his listings, as well as YELP and Facebook. If you are reading the reviews, please check all of those places. I hope someone else can learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service and an even worse experience. They towed my car to the Kia dealership in Dothan and lost my car key. The driver never called me to communicate anything. I’m reaching out to Kia’s roadside service to let them know so hopefully no one else goes through this mess

They arrived so quickly, I was amazed. It was dark and cold, and I was alone. They were so professional and very kind, and had me back on the road before they were even estimated to arrive. I’m very thankful for this service.

He was supposed to tow our stranded car last weekend. After waiting for his crew for 2 hours, he arbitrarily canceled. There was no justification. We had a to wait for another tow company, which took another 90 minutes. Mike, the owner, is a POS. Don't do business with him.

Had my car in for transmission. Called 3 times trying to get status and the receptionist gave me three different diagnoses. Finally, mechanic spoke with me and agreed it was transmission. After car was "fixed", I picked it up and got about one block away (I could see the garage), and the transmission quit. Towed it back. I lost my job because it took so long to fix. A few days after second pick up, my engine light came on. We called to see if when we could bring it down because we didn't want to show up during lunch hours. The receptionist told us to come down now. We put our shoes on went. Got there and they were at lunch. When telling them we just called (I have the call log) incredibly nasty Mike called me names for not believing they had a right to take lunch. I never said that. I said we called to confirm they would be available. I didn't know if they took 12 or 1:00 lunch. We would have come an hour later if the village idiot working the reception desk hadn't given us wrong instruction. Also, mechanic told me the transmission would have 12-month warranty because was complete rebuild but the receptionist gave me a receipt stating 6 months. Oh, and they also added a $500 charge on the estimate because they had missed something. They are a prime example of why Alabama needs to have regulations for mechanics. Melissa is the only competent person at that location but she can't make up for the incompetency and rudeness of Mike and the receptionist.

Used them to tow our 43 foot Class A. Great service and the guys that arrived were pleasant to work with during a stressful time. Dispatch was also helpful.
