I can't decide if I think this shop is incompetent or if they are just plain old crooks. They had two of our vehicles for a solid 3 months. We paid them $6,000, and neither of them was properly fixed when we finally got them back. He replaced some seals on my daughter's Corvette engine on two separate occasions and told her that was all it needed, but when she picked it up, he told her it needed an engine. I'm no expert, but I can't understand why you would charge someone $2000 to replace seals on an engine that is no good. The other car was a Mustang that had the transmission go out. THe estimated total of $3300 turned into $4000, and when we got it back it wasn't shifting properly and he couldn't figure out why. He literally told my son he should trade it in after we paid him all that money to fix it! I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life. And furthermore, if you look on Google you'll see multiple listings for him, which is why I didn't see all these absolutely horrendous reviews to begin with. So if you are posting a review, please post it under all of his listings, as well as YELP and Facebook. If you are reading the reviews, please check all of those places. I hope someone else can learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

Mike Is EXTREMELY rude and nasty; does not hold him self accountable for anything dealing with his shop. Wouldn't use these people if they were the last service in ozark . 8 hrs to get a tire installed onto a rim , amongst a plethora of other issues.Would NOT recommend.

This company is rude.they lie.and had me wait 5 hours for service then they canceled. Lied to me all day about where they were coming from. Lied about when they would be here..now it going on 5pm. It's getting dark and cold and I'm on the side of the road looking for other companies that can help me..DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY..

Horrid people. Except Melissa. Brought my car in for transmission. Receptionist gave me a different diagnosis every time I called. Finally, spoke with mechanic who told me it was the transmission. It took months to get my car because after they fixed it, I picked it up and the transmission quit working within a block of their garage and to get towed back for another wait. Then whole new issue...

Just wow, how can you be contracted by AAA if you don't have equipment to change a tire on a travel trailer. Big disappointment and since I work for AAA I'll be sure to let your AAA liaison now you get calls then call member and say driver will call, then call back and say sorry I don't have a jack for that. If could be 0 star it would be. Just needed a regular jack to get it 6 more inches up to change it. Blow out tire was off already just need alittle assistance to get 6 inches higher.

I would give a negative star review but Google won't let me. My truck was in there for over 4 months waiting for them to order a timing cover. I called them over almost two months ago and they told me the timing cover is on the way. My girlfriend called today and simply asked for a tracking number. The owner of Pinky's the lovely Mike got attitude all because she asked for the tracking number. So I call him and before I can even finish my sentence Mike was cursing and raising his voice. I was calm until he told me how to learn to control my woman. So Mike if you read this it's no longer the 1940s women aren't property.

Do not recommend. Insurance matched us and after an hour and a half wait we had to call only to find out they couldn’t tow us. Unprofessional service
