I had damage to my front bumper from a raccoon deciding to run out in from of me. My insurance company suggested this place. I dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. The staff was friendly and courteous. The had answers for all of my questions and did a wonderful job of assuming me. My car looks like new. I couldn't be happier with their service. Awesome experience with Ozark Collision Center from Laura and Misty answering my calls, the estimator giving me an estimate the same day, parts ordering and work done on my vehicle!
