We were headed to Michigan from Florida and the tire low pressure light came on. Put air in the tire but it kept losing air. We pulled in with no appointment and they found the tire needed to be replaced instead of repaired. They didn’t have the replacement tire in stock but went out of their way to meet the supplier halfway and get the tire. We were back on the road in about an hour. We felt they went above and beyond to get us back to our travels. Would definitely recommend them for service!

The best place in the area to go. They are polite, honest, and very helpful. I went in for brakes, and after an inspection, I was told they were not needed. They cleaned everything up, and I was out the door. We will be returning here for all our future automotive and tire needs. After calling around to several places, they had the best price for brakes.

They really saved me today. After taking my car to pinky’s I was told I needed the passenger front wheel bearing replaced and an alignment and it was going to be $750. I bought the part and decided to take it to Jim Whaleys instead well I’m glad I did bc it wasn’t the front it was the rear. So it was cheaper and my car is running so much better. Thank u guys!

I have been going to this spot f9r over 20 years. I had different vehicles serviced by them. They have always been great and professional.

Went there to get a lawnmower tire fixed (tube installed).
They found that it only needed to be resealed and waited for me to make a decision.
Once contact was made (I still wanted the tube installed) they quickly got the job done and returned the tire and wheel.

We were on our way out of town and had a flat tire. We made it to Jim Whaley. They had us taken care and back on the road in 20 minutes. Service was great and the staff was so kind.

Great alignments but not being to mount customer tires makes them less of a tire store than even your local Walmart. A shame would much rather go here than Walmart.
