“Very nice room. Staff were excellent. Polite & helpful. Free breakfast with real hot meals, not just cereal & doughnuts or muffins. Tia was so friendly & helped us with a room change when the air in our first room didn't cool very well. She looked out for us our entire 3 day stay. I can't say enough good things about her.

Noteworthy details: To the Hampton Inn managers/ owner. Tia is an asset to your staff. I had gone to the restroom in the lobby while other members of my party were checking in & I accidently left my billfold in the restroom. All my papers for my trip, my driver's license, my bank card, & close to $400 in cash inside . When I got upstairs to my room I realized I didn't have my wallet. In a panic I rushed back downstairs to search for it. Approaching the front desk, I find Tia who told me simply. I have your back. She produced my wallet from behind the desk . Everything intact & accounted for. Tears of joy and lots of hugs later, I thanked her, but it will never feel like enough . Please know what a valuable employee she is . Honesty & integrity are fantastic values that she showed this customer of yours during my stay. Thanks again & we will back next year to stay with yall again for the para con .”

“We recently were locating from florida to Oklahoma and it was late and we really needed to stop for a couple nights. I stopped here and we booked for 2 nights. I believe her name is Akira and let me tell you she is the most amazing host we have ever had!! She booked us quickly and efficiently got us to our room which was clean ice cold like I like it and perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We got the rest and care we needed before traveling the remaining journey.
