We were in town for a graduation and had an excellent experience. Crystal was amazing and incredibly accommodating and knowledgable at the front desk. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman working the breakfast area (on 2/10) but he was also very kind, kept it clean, and helpful when the desk member was helping another customer. In a market where finding good help is hard, give those two a raise.

I left my headphones in the room charging. When I called about 2 hours after checkout, they said they hadn't gotten to my room yet so an associate went to get my things and my headphones were there, but they couldn't find the cable or charging block they were connected to. Its my fault I wanted them to be as fully charged as possible before I left. I should have packed them up right away. Everything else was excellent, just be sure not to leave things behind they are dishonest.

We got there with 2 rooms reserved we went into one and it was nasty while the other was occupied so we had to switch rooms and floors. One of those weren't clean so the sheets we're changed by one of us. The breakfast was awful. Got food poisoning from their waffles. The staff was inappropriately dressed and complained in the lobby about their pay and how they didn't want to be doing their job

Rooms: First room smelled strongly of smoke, so we requested a new room. The second room also smelled of smoke, but to a lesser degree, so we opted to stay. A few days after checkout we were charged a $250 smoking fee. Weird we are non smokers. Management won't return calls. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Entire property smells of smoke. Additional details can be provided. The front desk has my number. Best Regards, Retired 1SG

Not an enjoyable experience I've had at a Hampton Inn. We were traveling with my sister-in-law, who had just been released from an eight day stay in the hospital. While transiting Nashville, my wife booked two rooms for the Hampton Inn in Ozark Alabama. The two rooms were confirmed, one king, one two queens. Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that there was only one room that had been confirmed with us was available, the two queens room. After some discussion about why the other confirmed room wasn't available, the guest agent said that there was a room available, but a guest said that the room had no heat and the unit fan was pushing cold air constantly. He was given a different room (which we surmised that it was the confirmed room for us). Since they were sold out, the only option we had, was to take the room with no heat. Driving around looking for another hotel was not a good option since the guest agent said that most of the hotels in the area were sold out. We accepted the room. The temperature outside was dropping from the sixties into the fifties. The room was frigid. I was able to stop the fan, and covered it with extra blankets the guest agent gave us. We decided to take a trip to Walmart to get a space heater to help make the room occupiable. The space heater worked well, and we were able to sleep.Another issue was the room door was hanging incorrectly, and would not close without lifting up on the handle, and pulling it closed with some force. The bathroom had one thin bath towel, one thin hand towel, and one thin wash cloth per person. Not the typical Hampton Inn hotel with lush towels, and extra sets of towels.Breakfast was good, and the kitchen person extremely helpful and courteous. One of the best Hampton's, is one in Paducah, Kentucky, just off of I24.

Only stayed here one night because Eufaula was booked full. Charged me a $250 smoking fee when their entire hotel reaked of marijuana smoke. Smelled it in every hallway, elevator, even smelled it from the reception desk that night and the only place I didn't smell it was my room after I turned on the air unit. Literally woke up to the skunk odor when I opened the door to the hallway. I will never use this hotel again.

Great location, but the rest is downhill. Employees are completely overworked having to do three and four jobs instead of doing one well. Felt so sorry for the guy working the front desk....and cleaning rooms, doing breakfast prep. Grief!

Staff was very helpful and responsive but the overall experience was disappointing for a Hilton property. I had multiple rooms on this trip and both smelled like veterinarian clinic. Most of the walls and furniture had stains. Hopefully they’ll have it cleaned up soon.

After a rotten day on the road, loosing our charge card, they still were able to keep our reservation with an alternate payment method. Thanks so much Sherry.

The room definitely smelled of smoke. The bed was nice, clean, and made! Overall, you could tell it could use some deeper TLC. We just waited till we got home the next day to shower. Everything looked clean, but the small, overlooked cleanliness of things had us questioning the bigger things in the room. They were very large stains on the furniture in the room!

EXCELLENT service! I think the clerk who helped might have been Sherry. She was friendly, professional & super helpful. She explained breakfast, convenience shop, wi-fi,... answered my questions & made sure I had everything I needed. When I asked if pool was open, she proactively checked to make sure there were clean pool towels available. When I returned with a to-go order for my dinner, she went out of her way to find salt & pepper for me.Multiple hand sanitizer & even disinfecting wipe stations in common areas. At breakfast there was a friendly gentleman who greeted everyone and quickly sanitized tables as people finished. Very reassuring about their cleanliness standards. The checkout clerk also very friendly. Smiles are a good start to the day.Easy access off the highway. Multiple restaurants and convenience stores within a mile or 2, but hotel itself is away from the busiest area making the pool a quiet & peaceful break. The pool lounge chairs were ripped, there were dead bugs & leaves in the pool, the dresser had damage and a lamp as missing a bulb. The facility could benefit from a little TLC, but the service made it a great stay. This is no my new 1st choice when I pass through that area again.

Not the best place to stay. Room looked clean but has a bug infestation in the rooms.
