Very good buying experience, but once you buy the car it basically ends there. If you buy from them make sure that they perform a pre-delivery inspection on your used car. They said they did one for mine, but it ended being 2 months old from a different dealership and was just an oil change. Led to a major failure in some of the components where they did little to rectify. Instead they got super defensive and the sales manager and general manager were too cowardly to give me a call to discuss.

This dealership is truly owned and operated by the classy team in the business. I drove over 4hrs to put a deal together and I would do it over and over again. From the General manager, used car manager and sales team the experience was over the top. John Sanders is one of the most professional automotive salesman I have ever met. These guys are huge christians and military supporters. If you are looking for a vehicle please reach out to this team and make your next vehicle purchase exciting and not just a pain/process.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased at this dealership. Gilland continues to provide excellent service. The last Ford Ranger I purchased was 36 years ago (not from Gilland)... I hope to keep this one for the next 36 years.

It’s not very often words like “honorable” or “honest” are words used to describe a dealership. However, that’s exactly the kind of business Gilland Ford is.
I worked with Robert from 1,000 miles away to purchase my vehicle. Let me tell you, you’d be hard pressed to work with someone better. He went the extra mile to make the deal perfect. Actually, he went many miles extra, picking me up from the closest airport I could make it to. Robert is a professional and a genuinely good person.
I got the exact car I wanted with an unmatched sales experience. There was a single discrepancy with the car which Aubrey tackled with professionalism and excellence.
My only complaint about Gilland Ford, and it’s a big one, it’s too far from where I live!

Gilland food service department is great!! The girls at the front are very helpful and knowledgeable about your vehicle and FordPass app. I don’t know that I had over $200 on my FordPass and she looked it up and told me. That means free oil change for me!! Thanks again to Gilland Ford for the works.

Allow local dealer to decide warranty claims because my starter should never have gone out at 40 plus thousand miles. And to the extent of breaking teeth off the flywheel is ridiculous. This was a manufacturing defect that Ford would not warranty 2020 F250 Super Duty 4x4. Obviously not the Super Duty they used to be.
Now at 60k miles the manifold I take hole blew out and split and exhaust nitrogen oxygen emission sensor for the powertrain system is bad. Not warrantied. I would think all emission control items were warranties to 100k but not ford.
A Diesel F250 is not and should not claim they are supper duty. Very disappointed in Ford Product.

Cody was a wonderful salesman he answered all of our questions on a new 2024 Mustang. We ordered the car from the factory and he made sure to keep me informed on the entire process. I would highly recommend Gilland Ford if you are in the Armed Forces or just looking for a car. Cody will set you right!

After dealing with another area dealer who totally blew a sale due to their high pressure, "stick it to the chump" sales tactics, we decided to drive up the road to Ozark and give Gilland a try.
All I can say is, we would've saved ourselves a lot of time and stress by coming here first.
Kenny was a pleasure to deal with, and when it came time to close the sale, I could not have asked for a friendlier finance manager than Parker.
These guys are doing it right, and made a sale because of it.
(And I love my new truck.)
