Every time I call or have an issue, they are super confrontational and rude. Wish there was another place that had my meds because I assure you I would never do business with this cvs again.

Very friendly pharmacist. Always lets me know in advance when my prescription is not available yet which saves me a trip. They do need more staff on certain days of the month. Poor little workers are stretching themselves to pieces in there. They keep smiling and asking if I'm okay and even gives a treat to my Ada pet. I do hope they can get more quality workers soon on those busy days.

Slowest damn pharmacy ever. Said it would be done in an hour well 90 minutes later still working on it. If Buy Rite was open I would have been there. Never again

Went to CVS Pharmacy in Ozark, AL 2 days ago to pick up my wife’s refill prescription. It wasn’t there and the associate told me to try back the next day. Next day I go to CVS and inquire about my wife’s prescription and the Pharmacy Manager, DeChelle very rudely told me that she will not fill my wife’s prescription! I told her I was there yesterday and was told to try picking it up the next day. DeChelle said she knew that and she said that my wife’s prescription was right there, pointing to a stack of red containers. She said those haven’t been processed yet. I told he that was okay, I have my grandchildren here and we’re going to shop around. DeChelle said, “it doesn’t matter, I will never fill her prescription again”. I asked hey why, she said, “ Your wife called me “girl” and I told her that I guess we are going back to the 60’s” I told her that I was unsure if any conversation that had taken place and I just wanted to pick up the prescription. She refused and told me that she would never fill my wife’s prescription again and that we would have to transfer our prescriptions to another pharmacy. I asked her to let me speak to the manager. She said she is the manager. I told her that she was a poor manager and needs some EEO training.I have Tri-Care and Medicare for insurance and now I have no other choice for filling prescriptions in Ozark.CVS needs to remove DeChelle as she is a horrible manger, person and has a seriously bad attitude. Her attitude is terrible and reflects greatly on the CVS Staff and her employees.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy dept is rude and slow, when I was just there to get my very sick mothers meds, I waited 30 minutes and I’m the first in line. One of the customer service representatives said I was being hostile, when all I was just trying to do is to get my mothers meds. They should be under new management.

One star is generous. pharmacy personnel are incompetent at best. Horrendously rude human beings who cannot do their job in any capacity. They have literally been holding my family's prescriptions hostage for a month. I have the other pharmacy calling them multiple times a day for a week trying to get them to transfer it and they hang up on them or just don't send it. I called over the last month, daily and requested the transfer. I have spoken to corporate four times and this issue has not been resolved. Please save yourselves the nightmare and go elsewhere.

I've never had a bad experience here. The people are friendly, the pharmacy techs are just lovely and as patient as can be in the face of awful treatment. Treat them with the respect they deserve and you'll be surprised by the respect you receive in return. ?

Was scared to get a script filled here because of all the reviews, but walmart changed policy and couldn't fill it, and this is the only area open when I gett off of work. Was immediately impressed when the robot on the phone automatically could tell me I had a script ready because it recognized my number, and with a little more info from me could tell me the script. Showed up 30 minutes before closing and it was ready, insurance info already in the system, copay exactly what it was supposed to be, and the staff member kind and smiling. *chefs kisses* I don't always expect my prescriptions to be ready same day, especially this one because of shortages, but it was and I'm grateful.

Pharmacists are supposed to be here to help and provide info on medication. It's sad that a company as big as this allows their employees to be rude to customers. The woman who answered hung up on me and my wife because we were frustrated we had been waiting on meds for our very sick son only to be told they weren't in stock. (Hours after prescription was sent.) Hanging up on someone thats trying to get info on their childs meds should be unacceptable for someone in her position. We will be following up with a complaint to a store manager and anyone else that works for corporate CVS.
