About a month ago we have already been pre-approved and went through a whole bunch of hoops and broke our backs to get what they need. After we never got a phone call and called them they said we were denied and couldn't tell us why then we found out they were shutting down! I'm absolutely appalled that they gave us a run around and didn't even care to tell us what was going on! Glad they a shutting down!

Caleb is absolutely amazing but the others ones don't care to help you and just the answer to everything on your existing account is call corporate. When I call back Caleb always knows the answer and if he don't he finds it out for me. Only reason for the 4 stars is the quality of the furniture and Caleb's service

Badcock Furniture - Ozark Alabama staff is wonderful. They have always been kind, attentive, patient, helpful and supportive. I live 25 miles south of this location, and I prefer to shop at this location for all of my furniture and miscellaneous needs.

I have been waiting over 6 months for chairs. They didn’t even call me to say they came in. And they said I would have to put the chairs together myself. Hopefully I can get a refund.

We had a left chair that broke at 3 in the morning. I called Badcock in Ozark the manager was very helpful worked with us. I had another chair by the end of the day. I will be back.
