Despite there were 4ea reps there and 0 customers, not a single one could be bothered to get up out of their chairs. Was interested in opening a business account for my robotics company. But quickly got the vibe this bank was only there to scam elderly people shopping at the Walmart. So I began closing the accounts that my elderly mom has there. Needless to say my fears were correct. Kudos to the lazy incompetent reps for clueing me in or I would have never known and they would have kept getting away with it. Found mom a credit union with morals and integrity = problem solved.
