Poor customer service & customer care from this branch. This from the manager and one of her supposed sales staff. Thank you to the customer service on the phone as they sorted our problem easily. Verizon, Oxford Exchange, AL your store needs new management and better quality staff who like to help customers.

Rude employees - No willingness to help. Went there twice and got the same guy and he was very rude and acted like he had no time for others.
