I ordered a mattreess from Amazon and they shipped it USPS. Usps lied twice when trying to deliver my package. The 1st attempt they said it wasnt delivered because my mailbox was full...Its a mattress, of course its not going in the mailbox. The second attempt they sent a notification at 10 am saying they attempted to deliver at 12:20 pm. Make that make sense. I had to finally go pick it up. This is in Oxford Alabama. So in other words if they dont feel like delivering your package, they want deliver it and will lie about it and nothing will be done about it. I HATE IT HERE

They never answer th phone at this location. If you have a problem, you have to go in to try to have it resolved and even then, they are clueless.

They need to learn what side of the road my house is on! My house has been here since 1995 and for some reason they want to start delivering my packages to my neighbor across the street who's house has only been there for a year!? It's literally your job to deliver packages to the correct address!

So I brought my packages over here to Oxford to be mailed off while the worker was putting in someone else packages, thinking he would mail mine too!! Nope ? what a joke not to mention I just saved his phone from being ran over but he didn't want to mail my packages!! These places I'll never understand how they have such a corrupt system but I understand that they work for the evil one!!

Hopefully this will be the last time I have to use Oxfords USPS location. Most of the employees are generally pleasant to deal with, Rocko “aka Mr. Beardo” not so much. I asked if I could put a piece of clear tape over a label to prevent it from peeling off. I’ve had this happen in the past on a package with more than 2K in goods inside of it. This resulted in my package being lost for almost a month and a very angry customer. Every other surrounding location has never had an issue with me doing this. He did, claimed it was policy that they couldn’t do that because I could be reusing a label ?. I know he’s a Northern transplant to this area which might explain his attitude.

I live on Racers Lane. The lady that works my route refuses to deliver packages to my house. I will get a notice like this recent one that says delivery attempted 6 am. She did not attempt to deliver. She saw that the package was too big to fit in the mailbox and didnt load it on the truck. This has happened so many times that I literally have to send my packages to another address if I want to receive them. Because unlike her I am out doing my job and I cant take off work to go pick up my packages at the post office that I paid good money to have shipped to my house! Lady I sincerely hope you get fired you deserve it . Taking money to perform a service knowing fully well you dont intend to do it is fraud

Had a very important package that was supposed to come in today. Never came. Watched the mail guy deliver packages to every single house on the block except mine. He even pulled in my driveway and stopped. So I walk around the house to receive my packages and he drives off! Now they’re telling me I have to wait two more days for it to come in!

Terrible experience at this store. Stopped here because the one in my location had nobody inside to help when I was leaving out, so I decided I would just stop at this one while I was in the area. First guy I spoke to, didn’t even attempt to help me, just pointed me to a table with stuff to package the boxes on it. Okay, fine. It was obvious I was having trouble, and nobody asked to help, AT ALL. So apparently I used the wrong tape, and didn’t know until it was sealed on the box already. So I ended up grabbing another to fix the issue. Again, fine right? I guess not. I let them know I wasn’t use to doing this, because the lady in my hometown store is always eager to help me! I hand her what I’m shipping out, and the label, and she takes care of the rest! Wonderful experience and convenient and time saving for me. The three employees here had no interest in assisting me, and then told me I would have to pay for the extra box that I messed up. Horrible customer service.

No wait, No line, I mailed my daughter a care package from home to California,(Valentine's) I colored hearts and they was wiping off, the employee found a red marker(permanent) and said he would color a few hearts and decorate the outside for me. Just the special touch it needed.

Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service from this post office. The man with the long unkempt beard is rude and very unhelpful. I cringe when I walk inside and he's working. The other employees are at least friendly. There is at least one lady (my husband described her as the one with the accent) who obviously has no clue how to do her job. As an Avon representative, I have a dedicated mailing list where I ship out approximately 25 brochures to my customers every two weeks. Occasionally, I will include a small vial of a perfume sample. I have been doing this for over a year and have never, ever had a problem....until today. My husband went to the post office to mail this weeks shipment and the "lady with the accent" told him he couldn't mail them because of the perfume vial. According to the USPS website it states the following---Perfume containing alcohol may not be shipped internationally or mailed domestically using air transportation. PERFUME CONTAINING ALCOHOL, HOWEVER, MAY BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES BY GROUND TRANSPORTATION.Please, PLEASE educate your employees. I shouldn't have to tell your employees how to do their job. If I had gone to the post office instead of sending my husband to mail the packets, I can guarantee you that they most definitely would have been mailed. When I know what I'm talking about and know it to be fact I WILL NOT back down from an employee who is obviously clueless! You can do better than this!!
