This is the 2nd time they have lost a package for me and they scanned it at the center so most likely stolen by an employee I have called numerous times to resolve issues with them I suggest never using them my company won't even send stuff to my house anymore because of them I have to get things from worksites or coworkers at sites I travel to for work whoever is over this needs to be fired and someone that will hold people accountable needs to be put in their place cause this is ridiculous

I've been home EVERY single time your delivery guy says he's been here. You have a liar on the payroll . My neighbors watch for packages as well . There has been a driver go by this house several times , going so fast you can't wave him down. It's ridiculous, my package is now 6 days late and counting..................and when you try and talk to someone about it you get a automated service that does nothing but circles on the phone . If I wanted to drive to Oxford an get my package don't you think I would've had it delivered there?

I was awaiting a package delivery and was home to receive said package as I work from home. At about 4pm I had an alert from Amazon that my address was invalid. The same address that UPS delivered to in the same week. As I read through the reviews there is a common problem happening here and I am willing to bet its the same driver. FIRE THEM, they do not know how to use common sense to find addresses. There is one driver that is awesome he whips that brown truck any and everywhere, the other one is to lazy and doesn't care about the quality of work he puts out. Tired of having to babysit delivery companies to do the job they were paid to do.

EDITED TO ADD: I have spoken with UPS. I was told to file a claim and wait 15 days!!It would be nice if I could call directly. I was told by another store that they weren't allow to give your number. Now my package has been given to the wrong person and all I can do is sit and wait for the main customer service to call me back. Very disappointed in UPS.

I have ordered packages from Old Navy and one of my packages was delivered to me empty . I called both UPS and my post office. .UPS said the package was delivered to the post office to contact the post office. I filled a complaint and all that happened was my local post office called and said it was delivered to them empty that morning , and all I can do is contact the sender to let them know the package was empty/damaged/ opened.

There is one man who never fails to deliver my packages to my home, but the younger guy has not delivered 3 big packages to the wrong address. 2 packages I’ve had to replace because none of the neighbors say they had it ( $160 rug & a $200 loft bed no one returned ) and now 2 days ago a $150 desk I ordered was left on a bunch that was not mine but luckily I got it before anyone was home and claimed it for their self. It’s ridiculous to spend money and not even recieve the package to the address that is listed. We have lot numbers on every one of our power poles.

I try not to order from any place that has UPS as its carrier.#sorrynotsorry I never get my packages when I’m supposed to when using them. I request next day I get it 4 or 5 days later,I ask for 2-day and see my package the following week(if I’m lucky) I NEVER have this problem with FED-EX

UPS are far better than FedEx. I wish their customer center would open up a little earlier maybe 1pm to 7pm.
