When I arrived, the very first question out of my mouth was “can ANYONE here cut a feminine pixie cut?” The lady, who was mopping the floor and snacking said “I CAN. Go have a seat in chair 3.” So I did. I got my picture ready, the same picture that I have used for over 20 years to get my cut. (I will include it as the first image here in my review.) She pretended to study the picture and says it is a classic pixie and very easy to do. She then proceeded to get clippers and begin cutting. Then she changed the guard or completely removed it from the clippers. When she was finished with my hair I LITERALLY HAD A BUZZ CUT. Like a MAN going into the military. She was fussing about someone not liking her music or something and I believe that she was angry straightaway and when I asked her if she was capable of doing a pixie cut, it really made her vindictive towards me. After I arrived home and looked throughly at my hair, I was so upset. I have to go to work, doctors appointments, Christian meetings, shopping, EVERYWHERE with my freaking hair 1 inch all over my head. She NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED OR FIRED. And I feel like I should have my next 10 cuts for FREE. If that’s the kind of stylists that SmartStyle has to hire, then just close your doors. Because I could have used my DOG CLIPPERS for FREE. And, what’s more, I got my hair cut there just 4 weeks prior and it was only $18 plus tip. She literally straight up charged $20. So, if y’all’s price hasn’t changed, she’s STEALING from all the customers.
