I purchased my tires at Sam's Club and I have a lifetime rotation and balance on the tires. They could not get me in last week because they were booked up. They can't get me in today or tomorrow because they are booked up. Obviously I should have gotten my tires somewhere else.

Can't say enough good things about this Sam's Club employees! My vehicles battery died out of the blue at the gas area in the pouring rain. The employees working the gas area radioed the repair area they jumped off my vehicle in the pouring rain and advised me not to stop on the way home. I asked them if they had a battery to fit and purchased and these nice folks installed. The men were so nice and concerned. All of the employees at this location always seem so nice and willing to assist customers. Even though it is a drive for me it is now my club of choice. Yes, I did call the manager and tell her how helpful everyone was especially in the pouring rain and yes they all got wet.

Be prepared to wait in a ridiculous long checkout line. They want you to check yourself out but won't take cash at the self check. 2 cashiers and 50 or so people waiting to check out. HIRE SOME CASHIERS!!!!!'

I was able to receive my vaccination today from the pharmacy. The pharmacy employees were helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It was such an easy and comfortable experience!

Love the contactless curbside pickup. It was fast and convenient. All of my item were available for pickup earlier than requested.

I’m terribly disappointed and upset that many of the items that Sam’s in Oxford used to stock have disappeared from the shelves. Blue cheese, pesto, ricotta and shaved Parmesan, to name a few. The cold cut case is almost empty every time I go in. I thought, well, it’s the pandemic...not. In mid-December,I shopped at the Sam’s in Hiram, Georgia...WOW! They had everything the Oxford store quit carrying and more. Oxford has a line at customer service 15 deep with one employee and 2 cashiers operating registers open...during the holidays! When the Costco is open in Hiram, I’ll be cancelling my membership with Sam’s.

Just a warning not to use the order online process. It sounded like a good idea in light of the virus crisis but actually required more in-store time than the normal pushing a buggy around and picking up groceries and other items. Also take note that Sam's is not curbside, you have to physically go into the store which I guess was probably noted on their website so that's on me. But once finally inside the store at the right location the person there had do call 3 times for the person who is opposed to handle online orders and no one ever showed up. So she told me to go to customer service and there the gentleman told me I might do better just going around and picking up the items again and canceling the online order. Around that time a lady showed up at the original desk and began to try to look for my order. Of course I had order number and an Email telling us "your order is ready". That didn't help: she still told me they had no record of our order. Eventually after a good bit of searching they located a buggy that had our order selected out. When I got home I realized one of the items was not the same we had ordered, but was the cheap version, but I paid for the expensive version. All of this process probably took at least twice as long as the conventional method of shopping. In addition I think I was much more exposed to other customers and staff personnel than I would have been by the normal process. So beware.

My experience was not a good one. I was at Sam’s and upon leaving , I got a pretzel and. Drink. Upon receiving my cup for the drink, I saw that none of the Coke fountains were working. So I went and ask the clerk at the counter, and she informed me that they no longer had Coke products. I decided that was my last time to purchase food at the Snack counter. I just wonder if anyone else feels like I do?

They started checking if you have a Sam's club membership at the entrance. Even though I need to have it to make a purchase. It is annoying and makes no sense at all. Other than that, it is Sam's club.
