PetSmart
70 Oxford Exchange Blvd, OxfordThey had a bad reputation in the past for not having the best fish department but they've revamped everything and hired a new guy that knows what he's doing the last time I was in there I didn't see one dead fish the water looked like it was definitely taking care of and they had a lot of new different types of fish than the ones that they used to have that were just the same things over and over and over again looks as if they finally got it together the lady checking you out is it mean and actually seems like she wants to check you out LOL ???

Pet Care

Town and Country Veterinary Hospital - Animal Care Associates
5090 US-78, OxfordI love this clinic! Brooke helped me with my animals and loved on them as if they were her own. She was also very knowledgeable about concerns I had which I appreciated. The doctor was very nice, funny and extremely helpful. He explained my flea, tick, heartworm prevention medication options to me during their exam and how they worked and what they cost and that's something other doctors in the area don't do. I needed help taking my dogs back to my car after we were done and Brooke was busy so the doctor volunteered to help me which I felt like was extremely nice and not something I wouldve found anywhere else. Other local vets are either so expensive, theyve gotten so busy that they have forgotten what it was like to be focused on the animals not money, and/or have gotten so greedy when it comes to selling their medicines. Town & Country really took care of my animals as none of the others did and they helped me save money on the medications where others wouldn't. I will definitely be using them going forward.

Cheaha Animal Hospital
915 Snow St, OxfordDr. Wyatt is an extraordinary veterinarian. Our beloved Labrador, Titan, suffered a horrific accident. Dr. Wyatt performed life-saving surgery, but complications arose. Despite the potential for further financial gain, Dr. Wyatt made the heartbreaking decision to spare Titan unnecessary suffering. His compassion and honesty during this devastating time are unmatched. We will forever be grateful for his care and kindness.

Southern Girl Coffee
423 Main St, OxfordIt’s literally our not so secret gem in the Downtown. I had been there when it grew up and became popular over time. Every time I visit the hometown, I never fail to drive with my dog and grab a drink there. My favorite drink is honey bee latte, but I love trying seasonal drinks. I do recommend delicious patties, especially the scones. Be mindful that they can be out on certain days.
