So I walked into the place and found exactly what I have been looking for (WMS deer magnet) to plant my green fields this year at a fraction of the price. WMS deer magnet is hard to find so I was so excited. I asked if I purchase the WMS deer magnet green field seed now if they would hold it for me because I was leaving the same day for a vacation and they said sure, as LONG AS YOU PAY for them now. So I purchased 7 bags... Fast forward to today and I come to pick up my seeds with my receipt and guess what? NO SEEDS! The front counter told me they cannot get anymore because it's hard to get and furthermore, the workers could not even put what I had paid for to the side with my name on it after I PAID FOR IT. Now I am stuck with the WMS Alabama blend that I did not want because of time constraints. Oh, did I mention that the price of the WMS deer magnet jumped from 39.99 to 59.99 and I was told the price was marked wrong. I know why I didn't get mine, because you saw the price marked wrong and would not put my order up so it could not be sold. You are a joke of a business and the customer service? Don't even get me started on that and I have been in customer service for 22 years. I should have known better as this is not the 1st time I have been screwed by this joke of a business however it certainly will be the last.

The Ace brand is cheap. But if you're looking to cut corners with dollars and cents on a project this is your store. They have everything you need but there's always a hassle. Customer service should be a top priority considering they compete with major brick and mortar hardware stores but it's horrible, no matter how much you spend. They wont save you time they won't leave you wanting to come back but they might save you some money.
