I don't currently live here(possibly in the future) but, its been my experience that most people who have "issues" with other tenants or management, USUALLY bring it on themselves and are hard to please individuals. Just about any place you live, is what YOU make of it! You can please SOME of the people all the time and, ALL the people some of the time BUT, you'll NEVER please ALL the people ALL THE TIME!

I have lived here for almost 2 years and am very grateful for management and neighbors...everyone is very friendly and it has been great for my children...All the kids in the neighborhood get along and we all look out for one another including management....I don't have anything negative to say it has done nothing but improve since I moved in....

Couches still looks the same since when i lived there over 10 yrs ago... Clean it up and put some better trailers in there ..your renting trash to hardworking individuals

I lived there for a year and had problems the whole time. my air didn't work so I bought a window unit they would come into my home while I was out and cut it off. My husband called him out on it and the landlord pulled a gun on him in front of my children. Not a good place to live.

I currently reside there and I have came to believe that others who have shared negative reviews are ones who are not easily pleased and are not content with what they have. I'm 55. For me, this is a good place with the solitude I need. No drugs or drama here, which is OK with me! What very few people (my immediate neighbors) I talk to seem to be "alright folks). I've been here almost 3 months and have to have ANYONE knock on my door asking for anything. In fact, I've been given a vacuum, set of silverware (new), and a tv from people around me without them even mentioning compensation or asking for anything! As far as management is concerned, I have no issues with them and I keep in contact with them. The maintenance man is a real, down to earth kinda guy who has been here a couple times, kept coming in fact, till the issue was resolved. I believe in my air conditioner and have yet to occur an overage. Management will, and has, helped me and I'm sure they would do the same for ANYONE else who would just talk to them! Roads are going to be fixed in August, when new ownership begins. Over time, this place has been "cleaned up" of drugs and excessive traffic with the installation of surveillance throughout the park. My hat is off to the monumental task and efforts put forth by the present park manager.

I have been here 3 months and it's a super quiet place it's not what you expect from the review s on here and all management is on point and is cheap for a home and all utilities

The people here are very rude and in no way professional at all.... We were told one thing and was treated like trash. We paid a deposit of 400$ and first week which was 192.50$ and didn't even move in because the owner/manager said there were a few bugs behind the refrigerator ,which was a lie this is what we recorded......hundreds of bugs ( we spent at least 200$ trying to kill them. And when we asked for at least the deposit back they said no . They r crooked people and heartless, they expected us to put our 2 yr old in this.....
